Orange wine made of Saint-Chinian Wines region organic grapes. 90% Grenache blanc and 10% Roussanne. Fermented in clay amphora in chill La Robina stone cave up in Saint-Pons de Thomieres, altitude of 300m/1000ft. Macerated for 3 weeks and fermented 10 months in the amphora. Sugars left 3%.
