Our wines y24-25

Magic Woods (red)

Our Magic Woods red wine is made from organic Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes. A light maceration of the Carignan and Mourvèdre gives it subtle, elegant red-fruit notes, while the Syrah adds a warm, enveloping roundness. This medium-bodied wine is enjoyable on its own or with rich dishes. The nose reveals aromas of red fruit, plum and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is round, fresh and refined.

This wine is produced in oak barrels in La Robina’s cool stone cellar, at 300 meters above sea level in the heart of the Languedoc in southern France. Maceration is short, 2 to 3 days. It is a dry red wine.

Magic Woods pairs perfectly with grilled lamb fillet, spicy roast chicken, cheese boards, roasted beet risotto, and pasta and rice dishes with tomato sauce. Its fruitiness and softness also bring out the flavors of dark chocolate and red berries.

The label was designed by Parisian graphic designer Victoire Darasse, who is based in Barcelona.

Stars Hollow (light red)

This light, balanced wine is a blend of organic Carignan and Cinsault, with sweet, harmonious red-fruit aromas in perfect proportion. A true glouglou (an easy, gulpable wine), it gives off notes of red fruit and nuts. Thanks to its low alcohol content it is fresh and lively like a summer red, with subtle touches of cranberry and cherry.

This natural wine was made with a light maceration of 1 to 3 days, pressed in a traditional vertical press and fermented in oak barrels in La Robina’s stone cellar at 300 m altitude. After 10 months of aging in oak barrels, it is bottled.

This light natural wine goes wonderfully with charcuterie, light salads, grilled fish and summer picnics. Its aromas of red fruit, nuts, cranberry and cherry also pair very well with cheese boards and light vegetarian dishes.

Serving and storage temperature: 10–12 °C (50–54 °F)

Douce Brise (orange)

Our natural orange wine gives off summery aromas, and a subtle oxidation deepens its flavors. Fresh herbs, white plum and the freshness of Grenache Blanc contrast with the creamy roundness of Roussanne, adding a light note of chewing gum.

This wine is made from organically farmed grapes from the Saint-Chinian wine region. It is 90% Grenache Blanc and 10% Roussanne. Fermentation took place in terracotta amphorae in La Robina’s stone cellar in Saint-Pons de Thomières, at 300 m altitude. After a two-week maceration and a ten-month fermentation in half-amphorae, the wine was aged for five months in oak barrels.

This orange wine goes wonderfully with spicy Asian dishes, roasted root vegetables, aged cheeses and smoked fish. Its notes of fresh herbs, white plum and chewing gum also pair very well with grilled vegetables and hearty vegetarian dishes.

Serving and storage temperature: 12–14 °C (54–57 °F)
Alc. 14.5% vol., sugars 1.3 g/L
Label designed by Aava Rantala and Kauri Rantala.

Dragonfly (white)

Dragonfly, our new light and very dry white wine, marks our entry into the world of white wines. The dominant Grenache Blanc gives it freshness and liveliness, enhanced by aromas of rhubarb. Subtle Muscat notes evoke the atmosphere of hot summer days in the south of France and add complexity and depth. The citrus, herb and hazelnut flavors of the Muscat invite you on a tasting journey through the twists and turns of making this extroverted wine.

This wine was first aged for 8 months in terracotta amphorae, with mixed fermentation, in La Robina’s cool stone cellar at 300 m altitude. The grapes were pressed directly in a traditional vertical press.

Dragonfly pairs wonderfully with seafood, light salads, goat cheeses and dishes with herbs and lemon. Its notes of rhubarb, red fruit, citrus and nutmeg also go perfectly with grilled vegetables and light poultry dishes.

Serving and storage temperature: 8–10 °C (46–50 °F)
Alc. 13.8%, sugars 2.1 g/L

Superluna (Carbonic macerated Grenache red, 2025)

This 100% organic Grenache, first vintage 2025, is simply exceptional. Despite its youth, it is supple, with banana aromas and subtle notes of red fruit. If you enjoy Beaujolais Nouveau-style wines, this is an excellent example. On the palate you find flavors of sweet cherry and a slightly sweet finish reminiscent of cranberry.

Maceration took place in a stainless steel tank with the help of carbon dioxide for about two weeks, after which the grapes were pressed in a traditional vertical press. After another transfer to a stainless steel tank, the wine fermented vigorously for three to four days until it was ready. Bottling took place a few weeks later, under the supermoon in mid-November, and the wine was released on November 20, Beaujolais Day.

This supple, young Grenache pairs perfectly with charcuterie, light cheese boards, grilled fish and light poultry dishes. Its notes of banana, cherry and cranberry also bring out the flavors of red-berry desserts and dark chocolate.

This Syrah-dominant aperitif wine is perfect with grilled lamb fillet, steaks, aged cheeses and charcuterie. Its aromas of plum, cherry, nuts and red fruit also suit mushroom dishes and vegetable stews.
